By accessing or using All Dixie Rock’s website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Use of Services
You may use our services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malicious code
- Harass or harm others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
User Content
By submitting content (including music, comments, or reviews), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site (except user content) is owned by All Dixie Rock or our licensors. The All Dixie Rock name, logo, and all related marks are our trademarks.
Purchases
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Claims & Returns
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore our global fulfillment partner reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
Music Submissions
Submission of music does not guarantee airplay. We reserve the right to accept or reject any submission at our sole discretion.
Streaming Services
All Dixie Rock provides live streaming radio as a free service. The stream is provided on an “as is” basis with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify programming, change music rotation, or suspend the stream at any time without notice. Commercial use, rebroadcasting or redistribution of our stream without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
Disclaimers
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:
- Interruptions in service
- Errors or omissions in content
- Actions of third parties
- Your use of our services
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall All Dixie Rock be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
